The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Applications Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and specifications.
- Develop and implement software solutions for production equipment and processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Optimize existing applications for improved efficiency and reliability.
- Create and maintain documentation for application design, configuration, and usage.
- Train end-users on new applications and provide ongoing support.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in applications engineering or technical sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) for process optimization.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP).
- Background in robotics or automation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling technical demonstrations or presentations.
