This is a specialized Commercial Lending / Syndicated Loans Business Analyst position.

We are NOT looking for a generic IT Business Analyst.

Candidates MUST have direct Commercial Lending and/or Syndicated Lending experience and strong knowledge of AFS (Automated Financial Systems) or a comparable commercial loan platform.

Profiles without relevant Commercial Lending / Syndicated Loan experience will not be considered.

• Other comparable Commercial / Syndicated Loan Management platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Commercial Lending and Syndicated Loan business stakeholders.
• Analyze commercial loan lifecycle and servicing processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work with development, QA, product, vendor, and business teams.
• Support UAT, testing, defect analysis, and implementation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
