Top Requirements

7+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management

Deep expertise in data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality

Strong knowledge of data risk and controls within enterprise finance (GL & regulatory reporting)

Ability to consult on highly complex business and technical challenges

Experience executing and enhancing data management controls and remediation initiatives

Plusses

Prior experience supporting general ledger or regulatory reporting systems

Experience advising senior leadership on data strategy

Strong cross-enterprise collaboration background

Job Summary

This senior-level contingent role provides expert-level data governance and data management consulting within our Finance Data Management organization. The position drives oversight, governance, and management of critical data supporting enterprise business needs, initiatives, and long-term strategy. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert in data source governance-including metadata, lineage, and data quality-and leads complex analyses to identify and remediate data integrity, process, and control gaps. The role supports risk oversight and policy compliance for finance data, with a focus on general ledger and regulatory reporting systems, and contributes to enterprise-wide data governance initiatives aligned to Data Management Policy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Consult as an expert on highly complex business and technical data management needs

Provide strategic guidance and solutions for unique, large-scale data challenges

Perform advanced metadata analysis and maintain data source governance artifacts

Execute, monitor, and enhance data management controls across finance data ecosystems

Lead complex analyses to identify data quality, integrity, process, and control issues

Drive remediation efforts and partner with technology, data product, and business teams

Advise senior leadership on innovative data management solutions and long-term strategy

Collaborate across the enterprise to support data governance initiatives and policy alignment

Engage strategically with internal personnel to influence data standards, policies, and practices
