Job Title: SAP Service & Asset Manager – Plant Maintenance (PM) Technical
Location:Remote ( Travel to California in two to three months. Client will pay travel.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service & Asset Manager – Plant Maintenance (PM) professional to lead and support SAP PM implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Service Management, with a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead configuration and support of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Service Management module
Manage asset lifecycle processes including asset creation, maintenance planning, work order management, and decommissioning
Configure and support preventive and corrective maintenance processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Integrate SAP PM with related modules such as MM, FI/CO, and SD
Support work order processing, notifications, equipment master data, functional locations, and maintenance plans
Provide functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with technical teams
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support
Participate in system upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company maintenance and asset management standards

Required Qualifications

8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM and Service Management
Strong knowledge of asset management processes and maintenance strategies
Experience with integration points between PM and MM, FI/CO, and SD
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
