Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Receiving and handling incoming support calls.
Raising, updating, and closing support tickets.
User account management (account creation, modification, and deactivation/closure).
Troubleshooting end-user issues and providing technical support.
Resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Perform user account management, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
Install and support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Experience with Jira is plus.
