Summary

Job Summary Seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives BA/PM to drive the successful delivery of trading, analytics, and platform initiatives within the capital markets domain. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with front-office workflows, trading requirements, and strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in investment banking, equity derivatives, and project delivery within fast-paced trading environments. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across trading, analytics, and platform initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage project goals and deliverables Drive project timelines, manage delivery expectations, and ensure successful project execution Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities Improve operational processes, workflows, and stakeholder communication practices Facilitate collaboration between front-office users, business teams, and technology teams Ensure solutions align with trading workflows and market requirements Required Qualifications 7+ years of Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience within Capital Markets Recent experience within investment banking or capital markets environments Strong experience supporting Equity Derivatives initiatives Strong understanding of front-office trading workflows Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting trading analytics and platform modernization initiatives Experience working closely with trading desks, quantitative teams, and technology organizations Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies Education: Bachelors Degree
