Summary

Overview

We're seeking a Service Desk Consultant to join a collaborative IT team supporting end users through phone, chat, and remote troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on technical experience, exposure to enterprise systems, and clear pathways for skill and career growth.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, building a strong foundation across Windows environments, cloud productivity tools, and IT service management processes-while working alongside experienced professionals who support your development.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote tools
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, and endpoint devices
  • Perform Active Directory tasks, including password resets and basic account management
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets in a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Troubleshoot peripheral and connectivity issues, including printers, VPN access, and network basics
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while documenting solutions and resolutions
  • Deliver a strong customer support experience with a focus on clear communication

Required Technical Skills

  • Help Desk / Service Desk support experience
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Active Directory (user and password management)
  • Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support
  • Ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Password resets and access-related troubleshooting

Additional Technical Exposure

  • Printer troubleshooting and support
  • VPN connectivity issues
  • Basic DNS and network troubleshooting concepts

Experience Level

  • Intermediate level (ideal for candidates with foundational IT experience looking to grow plus IT experience)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.84 - $20.84/hr.
