Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Technical Expert with solid experience in OfficeTrack implementations and Workforce Management operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic configuration planning, deployment execution, workflow optimization, and system enhancement initiatives to improve dispatch and field service efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and standardize an enterprise-level OfficeTrack configuration framework aligned with business objectives and operational KPIs
  • Create and manage phased deployment strategies, including pilot execution, adoption planning, and enterprise-wide expansion
  • Configure user access models, operational controls, and governance standards to minimize manual interventions and improve compliance
  • Analyze dispatch and field service workflows to recommend usability improvements, automation enhancements, and AI-driven efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integrations between OfficeTrack and connected enterprise platforms such as Amdocs, UKG, and related systems
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive testing strategies within production-like environments to validate functionality and performance
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and maintain a prioritized enhancement backlog throughout the engagement
  • Support stakeholders during rollout activities, issue resolution, and operational stabilization phases
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with workforce scheduling, field service management, or mobile workforce platforms
  • Understanding of enterprise application integrations and workflow orchestration
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment
