• Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for 300–500+ users, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA while delivering exceptional customer service, including executive/VIP support.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic Linux environments, ensuring endpoint reliability, security, and performance.
• Administer endpoint management platforms including Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and NinjaOne for device provisioning, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Support identity and access management through Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, group management, and access controls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, telephony, video conferencing, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base articles while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and support best practices.
