Business Analyst FactSet Digital Client Portal (Investments) Seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with strong FactSet experience to join a high-profile project delivering a vendor-provided digital client portal. This role requires deep investment and investment data expertise, along with hands-on experience leading requirements discovery and staying embedded through configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for a FactSet-driven client portal implementation
- Partner with investment stakeholders to translate business and reporting needs into functional and data requirements
- Work closely with FactSet and internal technical teams on configuration and integrations
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness
- Ensure strong requirements traceability and alignment across business and technology teams
Required Experience:
- 5 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within investment management, asset management, wealth, or institutional consulting
- Hands-on FactSet experience (required)
- Strong understanding of investment products, performance reporting, benchmarks, and investment data
- Experience supporting vendor platform implementations and system integrations
- Proven ability to operate effectively within cross-functional delivery teams
