Genesis10 is currently seeking a .NET/SQL Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will join a Scrum Agile team to develop new functionalities in an established core application within Treasury to enhance its Resolution & Recovery Planning (RRP) capabilities. The position also encompasses trade bookings and will involve exposure to internal Line of Business (LOB) and Technology units.
Responsibilities: - Write anonymous procedural blocks using conditional structures and loops
- Create and manage reusable procedures, functions, and packages
- Implement automated row-level and statement-level database triggers
- Handle static, dynamic, and explicit REF CURSOR types
- Design robust error-trapping routines using custom exception blocks
- Design ETL pipelines using SQL*Loader, External Tables, and UTL_FILE
- Write basic Linux or Unix Shell scripts to automate batch operations
Requirements: - Recognized as a content expert with a proven track record of in-depth and hands-on software development
- Advanced SQL including mastery of complex joins, subqueries, and analytical functions
- Experience with C# and .NET
- Utilize composite data structures like nested tables and associative arrays
- Navigate development environments like Oracle SQL Developer or PL/SQL Developer
- Understanding of basic financial and managerial accounting concepts (GAAP and IFRS lens)
- Understanding of Change Management Functions as it pertains to internal bank operations
- Familiarity with BSM, Balance Sheet, CCAR, RRP, GRRP
Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
