Technical Service Analyst - Salesforce / nCino

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Technical Service Analyst. Onsite is preferred - remote candidates will be considered.

Summary:
The Business Analyst/Technical Service Analyst partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to support and optimize Salesforce and nCino solutions within a commercial lending environment. This role is more technical than a traditional BA and focuses on requirements gathering, troubleshooting, solution design support, testing, and demonstrations as the organization transitions from legacy commercial lending systems to nCino.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements
* Lead discovery sessions, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support QA/BA collaboration
* Support Salesforce and nCino solution design using platform best practices; configure components when appropriate
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide hands-on technical analysis and support
* Participate in unit testing, UAT support, defect tracking, and validation
* Assist with system demonstrations, walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations
* Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and nCino teams to deliver enhancements and new functionality
* Support integrations, reporting needs, and data quality initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-7+ years of business analysis experience, with a strong technical orientation
* Salesforce experience is required (Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud)
* Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working directly with stakeholders
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive work forward as a self-starter

Preferred/Highly Desired:
* Salesforce and/or nCino certifications
* Hands-on nCino experience (commercial lending modules strongly preferred)
* Commercial lending or banking domain experience
* Experience performing unit testing and supporting QA/UAT
* Comfort presenting, leading demos, and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
