Summary

Role: Product Due Diligence & Risk Approval Lead

Location:  Bay Area, CA/ Plano, TX/ Columbus, OH/ Chicago, IL/ New York, NY, Jersey city, NJ - Onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate dependency risks across programs and product launches.
  • Evaluate business impact, escalate blockers, and provide actionable options with associated trade-offs.
  • Drive closure of pre-go-live requirements, ensuring dependencies have clear ownership, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs, decision logs, risk registers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Facilitate launch readiness reviews, governance forums, and executive-level reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of decision-forum inputs and approvals.
  • Monitor risk approval workflows and ensure adherence to organizational control processes.
  • Support regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
 

Required Qualifications
  • 13+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Governance, Risk Management, PMO, or related domains.
  • Strong experience managing governance and control processes within regulated industries (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Expertise in dependency management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and launch readiness.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, decision logs, executive dashboards, and governance reporting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and secure critical approvals.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise product launches and regulatory frameworks.
