Role: Program Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA | Plano, TX | Columbus, OH | Chicago, IL | New York, NY | Jersey City, NJ

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage an enterprise dependency register across upstream/downstream applications, data feeds, vendors, and operational teams.
  • Facilitate dependency management workshops, cross-functional discussions, and timeline synchronization sessions.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, constraints, and critical path dependencies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Manage program financials, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital banking initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business, product, technology, operations, and vendor teams to drive successful program execution.
  • Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and promote best practices across teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Digital Banking or Commercial Banking programs.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience in enterprise dependency management, dependency burn-down tracking, and constraint mitigation.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and delivering program updates to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within large financial institutions.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and audit processes is a plus.
