Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Change Management Lead to drive governance, compliance, and operational readiness across product launches and strategic initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between product, risk, compliance, and operational teams, ensuring all releases meet business control requirements and are audit-ready. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product governance, release management, and control function engagement within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change governance activities for product launches and major releases.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and control standards.
  • Deliver audit-ready documentation, evidence, and reporting by maintaining validation artifacts, including test plans, execution results, approvals, and sign-offs.
  • Coordinate and manage go-live readiness activities, ensuring all launch conditions, dependencies, and operational requirements are successfully completed.
  • Partner with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and other control functions to facilitate reviews, approvals, and attestations.
  • Validate operational procedures, support models, and post-launch monitoring processes prior to production deployment.
  • Track and report key change management metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by analyzing change impacts, operational outcomes, and lessons learned to reduce recurring issues and enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and governance forums to ensure alignment across business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 13+ years of experience in Product Change Management, Product Governance, Release Management, or Program Management.
  • Proven experience working with control functions, including Information Security (InfoSec), Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit teams.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, operational controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing go-live readiness, release approvals, and production deployment governance.
  • Proficiency with workflow and tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to manage approvals, attestations, and change records.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of audit processes, operational risk management, and enterprise change governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
