We are currently looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for an exciting opportunity with one of our prestigious US-based clients (Confidential).

Position Details:

• Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Location: Remote within the United States

• Client: Confidential US Client

• Employment Type:  Full-Time 

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for workshops, design sessions, or client meetings. All approved travel expenses will be fully covered by the client.

We are seeking professionals with:

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support projects.

• Strong experience working with US clients and US business environments.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation and support engagements.

• Knowledge of integrations, configurations, testing, and production support.

• Employee Central (EC)

• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Recruiting Management (RCM)

• Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

• Onboarding 2.0

• Learning Management System (LMS)

• Career Development Planning (CDP)

• Workforce Analytics and Planning

• Time Management

• Variable Pay

• Platform Integration and Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and best practices.

• Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations with business users.

• Support system integration, testing, UAT, and production deployments.

• Design and implement interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications.

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.

• Experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to travel within the US when required.
