Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship in the United States both now and in the future.Role OverviewAn experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solutions Consultant is sought to support the delivery and optimization of an embedded payments and treasury-automation platform for clients leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC). This role focuses on improving clients' payment acceptance, settlement, reconciliation, and cash-management processes through seamless integration with financial services. You will work directly with clients, implementation partners, and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy payment workflows that streamline financial operations inside Dynamics ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of the client's payments solution within Dynamics F&O and/or Business Central environments.
- Conduct business requirements discovery across AR, AP, Banking, Cash & Bank Management, Sales Order Processing, and General Ledger workflows.
- Configure Dynamics modules, workflows, and security roles to support integrated payment processing, settlement handling, and automated reconciliation.
- Support integration efforts including API mapping, data validation, connection testing, and troubleshooting.
- Translate business and treasury requirements into functional design specifications for Dynamics ERP configuration.
- Validate end-to-end payment flows including authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, and cash-application processes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Dynamics ERP payment workflows and banking integrations.
- Advise clients on best practices for cash-management automation, reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Provide training, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer to clients and administrators.
- Partner with the product team to provide client feedback and guide Dynamics-specific enhancements and roadmap features.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Functional understanding of financial operations including AR, AP, banking, cash management, and order-to-cash cycles.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, treasury systems, or financial services with ERP applications.
- Grasp of Dynamics workflow configuration, financial modules, and security/roles.
- Ability to translate client requirements into functional designs and deliver solution recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance, Business Central, or Power Platform.
- Experience with ACH, card processing, RTP, or wire-transfer workflows.
- Background in ERP consulting, fintech, or financial services integration.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, or Dataverse for reporting and automation.
- Experience supporting API-based integrations or extensions (AL extensions in Business Central, X++ concepts in F&O-understanding, not coding required).
