Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our well established and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure that every project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can anticipate issues before they arise and who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Business Development in pursuing new work (RFP responses, conceptual estimating, presentations/interviews).
2. Partner with preconstruction to develop budgets and engage with clients through design phases.
3. Lead Project Engineers; coordinate closely with and support the Superintendent
4. Manage the budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processes of projects.
5. Oversee document control processes (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change management).
6. Resolve field issues in coordination with the Superintendent.
7. Maintain clear understanding of subcontractor scope and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management focused on civil / infrastructure projects.
3. Solid organization, time management, and communication skills.
4. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
5. Familiarity with construction management software packages.
6. Adaptable, resilient, and collaborative.
7. Committed to safety and quality standards.
