Job details:
Plan and facilitate Windows system patching and app update cycles, coordinating with Application, Infrastructure (Azure), and Quality Assurance teams to ensure systems are maintained in a functional and secure manner.
Document and triage user support requests in ServiceNow, ensuring assignment, follow up, and complete resolution of requests. Track SLAs and hold team members accountable for delivery.
Perform user acceptance testing on updated systems to ensure performance and integrity of business workflows.
Report project status, risks and dependencies proactively with the customer.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Serve as the central point of contact and communication bridge between Infrastructure, Application, and QA teams during patching cycles
Prepare and distribute status updates, post-patch reports, and testing summaries to relevant stakeholders
Escalate unresolved issues or risks to management with clear context and recommended actions
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Articulate points with clarity and support of data
