Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled leader to help drive a transformative change initiative for a leading organization. Our team relies on a professional who can develop and execute change strategies that create lasting impact, building greater capability for change among leaders and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities focused on driving culture change by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements and building workforce capabilities for change.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings prior to recommending an actionable change plan to project teams and senior leaders.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change considerations essential for successful project rollouts.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management throughout the hardware and software replacement of point of sale systems across all brands.
Required:
- Prior experience leading large, enterprise-level change initiatives.
- Formal training in PROSCI or a minimum of 6 years as a change management practitioner.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting impact assessments and delivering stakeholder management strategies.
