12+ YRS EXP Lead level ITOM BPC to facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, write stories, facilitate story refinement sessions, participate in sprint planning, potentially support unit testing within the sprint. Specific focus on Event Management but may also be needed around CSDM and service mapping or CMDB and Discovery

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture:Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of ITOM suites, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning.CMDB Governance:Technical ownership of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring a "single source of truth" for all IT assets and their relationships.Automation & Orchestration:Build complex workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to automate routine IT tasks and remediate infrastructure alerts

Job OverviewWe are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Financial Management (ITFM) to design, implement, and lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on aligning business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities, with key integrations across ApptioOne and Databricks. You will play a client-facing leadership role, driving solution architecture, implementation, and delivery while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals. K
