Part-Time Help Desk Analyst (Onsite)
Location: Onsite (5 Days per Week)
Schedule: Part-Time, Temporary Assignment (Several Weeks)
We are seeking a hands-on Help Desk Analyst / IT Support Specialist for an urgent short-term assignment. We need someone who can hit the ground running, roll up their sleeves, and provide immediate technical support in a fast-paced office environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys being onsite, solving problems, and supporting end users directly.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Help Desk and desktop support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including:
- Outlook
- Teams
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- User account management
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support and manage Microsoft Teams collaboration tools and conferencing solutions
- Assist with AT&T and T-Mobile corporate mobile accounts, contracts, device activations, and troubleshooting
- Support office technology including conference room equipment and camera/security systems
- Perform workstation setups, upgrades, and equipment moves
- Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Experience supporting AT&T and T-Mobile business wireless environments
- Experience with camera systems, security systems, or related office technology
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working onsite five days per week
