About the RoleIn this contingent role, you will consult on complex, large-scale engineering initiatives and contribute to long-term technical strategies. You will analyze multifaceted engineering challenges that require deep technical evaluation, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with complex systems, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements. This position is hands-on-ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between design, coding, and solution delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide technical consultation on complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and evaluate large-scale or multi-dimensional software engineering challenges.
- Develop solutions that address complex technical problems, including those involving ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
- Partner with client personnel and cross-functional teams to drive engineering strategy and execution.
- Contribute to software design, implementation, and quality assurance with a hands-on approach.
- Ensure all solutions comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in Python (5+ years).
- Experience with Oracle / SQL (2-4 years).
- Experience with Python for Machine Learning (1-2 years).
- Ability to contribute both in design and hands-on coding.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
