Role Overview
Our client is seeking an SRM techno-functional team member with experience working in S/4 for a short term project.
Primary Responsibilities
• Review legacy SRM customizations and recommend simplification or replacement within SAP S/4HANA
capabilities.
• Analyze ECC and SRM procurement processes and design target-state workflows in S/4HANA Procurement.
• Configure and support procurement functions including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier
collaboration.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, Fiori, reports,
interfaces, and forms.
• Support data migration activities for vendors, materials, contracts, and procurement-related master data.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance for procurement transformation initiatives.
• Integrate S/4 Procurement with MM, FI, workflow, and external supplier or middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization for procurement operations.
