StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a visionary Full Stack .NET Developer to spearhead the digital transformation of enterprise-level financial systems. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a technical linchpin, transitioning legacy banking architectures into modern, cloud-native environments. This is a premier opportunity to influence the scalability and security of critical financial infrastructure while leveraging a cutting-edge tech stack to solve complex, real-world fiscal challenges.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect and deploy sophisticated, web-based financial solutions from initial conceptualization through final production.

  • Orchestrate the comprehensive migration and refactoring of traditional legacy systems into the Azure Cloud ecosystem.

  • Engineer high-performance, scalable applications utilizing .NET Core, C#, and Angular to meet rigorous banking standards.

  • Modernize and sustain existing ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET Framework 4.8 environments to ensure seamless business continuity.

  • Integrate complex data models and backend logic using Entity Framework Core and RESTful API architectures.

  • Validate code integrity by constructing exhaustive unit tests and utilizing advanced mocking frameworks.

  • Streamline software delivery by managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automating DevOps scripting tasks.

  • Champion clean code methodology by strictly adhering to SOLID principles and industry best practices.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and QA specialists, to deliver regulatory-compliant technical enhancements.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of dedicated Full Stack development expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Mastery of .NET Core, C#, and legacy .NET Frameworks (4.8).

  • 3+ years of proven success building dynamic front-end interfaces with Angular and maintaining ASP.NET Web Forms.

  • Deep Technical Knowledge in developing Web APIs, SQL Server database management, and Entity Framework Core.

  • Cloud Proficiency: At least 2 years of hands-on experience executing Azure Cloud migrations and cloud-native development.

  • Testing Rigor: 3+ years of experience ensuring software quality through robust unit testing and dependency injection.

  • DevOps Mindset: Professional familiarity with GitLab version control, CI/CD automation, and secure coding standards.

  • Industry Context: Previous experience navigating the regulatory requirements and sensitive data protocols of the financial services sector is highly preferred.

  • Bonus Assets: Familiarity with third-party integrations (such as digital signature or document management platforms) and S3 storage.
