Job Description

We are seeking a senior JD Edwards (JDE) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes to support a large-scale ERP integration initiative. This role will play a key part in integrating SAP OTC processes into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) within a global retail/apparel environment.

This is a long-term, high-visibility program offering the opportunity to work on complex system integrations and business transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) integration efforts, aligning SAP processes with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Act as a Techno-Functional SME for JDE E1 (v9.x), supporting Sales, Distribution, and Finance modules.
• Work across core modules including:
  • Order Management / Order Entry
  • Pricing
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support hands-on configuration, system design, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead/support UAT, training, and end-user enablement, including documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and integration planning.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of JD Edwards experience, with strong focus on EnterpriseOne (E1 v9.x) (required)
• Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and financial flows
• Proven techno-functional expertise, including hands-on configuration
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or integrations
• Strong communication skills with ability to work across business and IT teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards OneWorld
• Exposure to Manufacturing modules
• Background in Retail, Apparel, or Consumer Goods industries
• Experience with M&A integrations or ERP transformation programs
