Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst II to support MyChart, Welcome, and Hello World applications, focusing on system build, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6-month contract with conversion to FTE

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, day shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications and workflows.
  • Analyze user requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, implementations, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows.
  • Provide documentation, end-user training, and on-call support.

Required Qualifications
  • Epic MyChart certification/accreditation with experience in Welcome and Hello World.
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare IT application or technical experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
