Responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the strategic vision for our digital product portfolio, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and excellence.

- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, and client management teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.

- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation and design to development, testing, launch and iteration.

- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital products, iterating based on data-driven insights.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
