Role: Program Strategist (PS/PMO)
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Program Strategist to lead a proof-of-concept initiative leveraging AI/ML (NLP) to improve intake processes. The role involves driving strategy, leading discovery sessions, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to analyze current workflows
Drive development of improved intake processes and success metrics
Manage stakeholder communication and engagement across all levels
Oversee demos, roadmap planning, and final project reporting
Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables

Required Skills:

20+ years of project/program management experience
Strong experience in AI/ML product management and data analytics solutions
Expertise in Agile methodologies (PMP, PERT, Gantt)
Experience with stakeholder management and large-scale enterprise projects
Background in public sector or complex systems is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Master s/MBA or equivalent preferred
