Summary

  • Provide real-time support for production VoIP/SIP voice services, performing rapid incident triage to maintain high availability and call quality
  • Troubleshoot complex SIP signaling, call flows, RTP/media issues (jitter, packet loss, latency, MOS), and SDP/codec negotiations
  • Analyze call traces, packet captures, and logs to identify root causes and recurring failure patterns
  • Monitor alerts and lead incident response, escalation, and resolution across internal teams, carriers, and vendors
  • Support SIP trunking and client platforms (Cisco, Ribbon/Sonus, Oracle/Acme Packet, AudioCodes), including secure voice (TLS/mTLS, SRTP)
  • Deliver clear, concise communication during high-severity incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and operational improvements
