SecuriGence is seeking a talented Unified Communications Team Lead to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation through Intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team supporting Unified Communications services.
  • Manage and maintain Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and associated voice infrastructure.
  • Administer and troubleshoot SIP-based communication systems and integrations.
  • Oversee Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, including deployment, configuration, and support.
  • Support and maintain OWL systems for cross-domain communication requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and collaboration issues across enterprise environments.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of UC services.
  • Provide technical leadership on UC-related projects, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Coordinate with network, systems, and security teams to ensure proper integration of UC services.
  • Monitor UC infrastructure using enterprise tools and respond to alerts and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements, including DISA STIGs and other DoD standards.
  • Support mission-critical operations, including after-hours maintenance and incident response
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in network management or other related fields.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in network engineering.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • DOD IAT Level II Certification is required.
  • TS/SCI required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of Cisco UC technologies, including CUCM, voice gateways, and endpoints.
  • Deep knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols, call routing, and dial plan design.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting VTC systems and conferencing solutions.
  • Understanding of cross-domain solutions such as OWL systems.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including QoS, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex UC and network-related issues.
  • Familiarity with DoD security requirements, including NIST and DISA STIGs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a mission-critical environment.
