Supply Chain Business Analyst

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst to drive business process delivery, demand visibility, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between supply chain operations and data analysis by optimizing delivery metrics, managing project funding documentation, and implementing process automation.

responsibilities:

• Oversee pOTD operations, track delivery overrides, and mitigate risks associated with late shipments.
• Generate weekly summary slides, build operational dashboards, and maintain real-time demand and delivery metrics.
• Partner with Materials Managers and Program Managers to reconcile missing commits and finalize delivery schedules.
• Query and analyze supply chain datasets using SQL to evaluate process health and support automation.

qualifications:

8+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst within Supply Chain environments.

High School Diploma or equivalent background.

Proven hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Demonstrated history of capturing business requirements and redesigning operational workflows.
