We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP initiatives for a client in the automotive industry. This is a long-term, fully remote consulting opportunity requiring a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of delivering complex ERP implementations and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ERP project planning, execution, and delivery.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Manage scope, issues, and change requests while maintaining project timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive successful implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a remote environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing ERP projects within the automotive industry.
Experience working with large enterprise ERP programs.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
