6-month Contract to hire

IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENING FOR an ITIL ITSM Operations Supervisor. This role will be working on-site at our clients Irving HQs and managing a team of 4. Will be responsible for overseeing and taking ownership of the Fresh Service ticketing automation and orchestration platform. Will act as a collaborator and Project Manager. Provides ITSM across company.

Required Skills:

3+ years experience as a supervisor or manager
ITIL and ITSM background
Strong experience with Fresh Service and Fresh Desk
Management and ownership experience of ticketing system
Experience with ticketing automation and orchestration
Senior level collaboration and PM skills
Experience with Fresh Service: ticketing, workflow, automation, asset management, AI, training, fresh desk
Experience with integration and workflow with various platforms and data sources
