Summary

Title : Project Manager

location : Remote

Senior Project Manager will provide end-to-end program leadership for the CDPH SCM implementation, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Governance

Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery
Manage scope, schedule, cost, and resources
Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation structure
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as primary interface with:
- CDPH Product Owner
- ITSD
- Executive stakeholders
Conduct weekly status reviews and executive reporting
Manage stakeholder expectations and approvals (WOA, deliverables)

Delivery Oversight Oversee:

Data migration
Integration
D365 SCM implementation

Drive milestone-based execution across Agile sprints
Ensure compliance with:
- CDPH security standards (FIDO2, RBAC)
- DSCSA requirements
Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution

Experience Requirements

12–18+ years IT experience
10+ years project/program management
5+ years in large ERP / D365 / SCM projects
3+ years in Government / Healthcare
PMP mandatory (as per RFO)

Budget & contract management
Stakeholder management
ERP / D365 delivery
Risk & governance frameworks
