INFOR M3 Integration Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Integration Engineer to support a major modernization initiative centered around implementing INFOR M3, a 3rdparty cloudbased ERP platform. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and leading integrations that move critical data across a large enterprise network, including real-time and batch orchestration across cloud and onprem systems.

The ideal candidate is deeply experienced with Java Spring microservices, Kafka event streaming, cloud-native architecture, and modern DevOps and container orchestration platforms. This individual will also provide technical leadership, including directing offshore resources, guiding architecture, and ensuring highquality delivery across all integration layers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with INFOR M3 or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• Prior experience supporting a large-scale ERP modernization or cloud transformation program.
• Background in retail or supply chain environments is a plus.
