IT Infrastructure Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage all IT operations across the organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving technology strategy, maintaining critical infrastructure, and building out an IT function on-site. Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT experience
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all IT operations across the organization
• Develop and execute technology initiatives aligned with company goals
• Manage IT projects, budgets, and technology investments
• Maintain and optimize business-critical systems including ERP, EDI, and MRO platforms
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of network infrastructure
• Oversee:
  • Servers and storage systems
  • Firewalls and wireless networks
  • Cloud services and environments
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Monitor and enhance cybersecurity posture, endpoint protection, and access controls
• Design and maintain network architecture (VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching)
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions
• Lead, mentor, and support IT team members
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices
• Perform additional duties as needed

Technical Environment:

• Windows Server Administration
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Network administration (VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3, VPNs)
• Cisco firewalls and routers
• Ubiquiti networking equipment
• Enterprise backup & disaster recovery systems
• Cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection

Work Environment

• On-site role in a manufacturing facility
• Requires time both at a workstation and on the production floor
• Occasional travel to other company locations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $94000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
