OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced
IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage all IT operations across the organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving technology strategy, maintaining critical infrastructure, and building out an IT function on-site. Required Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT experience
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all IT operations across the organization
- Develop and execute technology initiatives aligned with company goals
- Manage IT projects, budgets, and technology investments
- Maintain and optimize business-critical systems including ERP, EDI, and MRO platforms
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of network infrastructure
- Oversee:
- Servers and storage systems
- Firewalls and wireless networks
- Cloud services and environments
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Monitor and enhance cybersecurity posture, endpoint protection, and access controls
- Design and maintain network architecture (VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching)
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions
- Lead, mentor, and support IT team members
- Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices
- Perform additional duties as needed
Technical Environment:- Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Network administration (VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3, VPNs)
- Cisco firewalls and routers
- Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Enterprise backup & disaster recovery systems
- Cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection
Work Environment- On-site role in a manufacturing facility
- Requires time both at a workstation and on the production floor
- Occasional travel to other company locations
