Location:  Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SME / Analyst with Agile Scrum (SAFe) expertise to support financial compliance initiatives within Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Shield Financial Compliance (Shield FC) platform, including migration and surveillance capabilities, along with solid project management experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project activities in an Agile (SAFe) environment
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver Shield Financial Compliance (Shield FC) implementations
• Drive migration activities from Bloomberg Vault to the Shield platform
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting
• Create and maintain project status reports, metrics, and dashboards (schedule variance, defect tracking, quality metrics, etc.)
• Oversee change management and control processes for Agile projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, technology, and business units

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in project/program management
• Strong experience in Capital Markets / Financial Services domain (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Shield Financial Compliance (Shield FC) platform
• Experience in:
• Shield communications & surveillance
• Shield platform implementation (not Salesforce Shield)
• Proven experience in migration projects, especially from Bloomberg Vault to Shield
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum / SAFe framework
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing:
• Scope, cost, and schedules
• Risks and issue resolution
• Project reporting and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• SAFe certification is a plus
• Experience in compliance and regulatory technology initiatives

Key Notes for Recruiters

• Must have hands-on Shield FC platform experience (NOT Salesforce Shield)
• Capital Markets experience is mandatory
• Migration experience from Bloomberg Vault is highly preferred
• Strong Agile/SAFe + Project Management background required
