Job Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in employee benefits programs (Life, Disability, and related benefits) and HR technology platforms such as UKG, ADP, or Workday. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensure on-time delivery, and act as a bridge between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, along with a strong understanding of benefits operations and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end projects related to benefits administration and HR platform implementations or enhancements.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors.
Manage projects involving Life, Disability, and other employee benefits.
Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations within UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with HR, benefits, and data security standards.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within HR systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Project Management experience in HR, Benefits, or HRIS environments.
Strong experience in employee benefits, especially Life and Disability.
Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
