DIRECTOR, DATA & ANALYTICAL PRODUCTS
Work Location: In-office, full-time (U.S.-based corporate headquarters)
People Management Responsibilities: Yes
Role Type: Full-Time
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Data & Analytical Products is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise data and analytics capabilities that support strategic decision-making and operational performance within a growing, multi-functional organization.
This role owns the definition of business and functional requirements, governance, and adoption of data and analytics products across the technology landscape, ensuring solutions are reliable, accessible, and aligned to the organization's highest-priority needs. Operating with a product- and value-oriented mindset, the Director partners closely with leaders across technology, commercial, operations, finance, and marketing functions to translate business needs into clearly defined analytics requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
The role is focused on driving adoption, usability, and business impact rather than hands-on technical development. While strong familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics tools, and emerging AI capabilities is required, the Director is accountable for what is built and why-not for building solutions directly.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or information management roles, including 5+ years leading teams or complex programs. Experience supporting revenue-generating, operational, or customer-facing functions within a data-driven organization is strongly preferred. Experience establishing or scaling a data or analytics function is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience with strong business acumen will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to communicate data and analytics concepts in clear, practical business terms to non-technical stakeholders.
