Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise ecosystem. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and HCM modules.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a "hands-on" approach, capable of navigating deep technical configurations while communicating effectively with Finance and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end functional and technical architectures for Oracle Fusion Cloud suites (ERP, EPM, HCM), ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
Workflow & Configuration: Lead the setup and optimization of complex business workflows and system configurations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Cross-Functional Strategy: Act as the primary technical liaison for Finance, HR, and Payroll departments to align system capabilities with business processes.
Technical Customization: Develop and maintain advanced business rules and logic using Groovy scripting specifically within the Oracle EPM environment.
Optimization: Evaluate quarterly Oracle updates to assess impact, recommend new features, and manage the deployment of system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Overall Experience	10+ years of professional experience in ERP administration and systems management.
Oracle Expertise	5+ years specifically as a Solutions Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, EPM, and HCM).
Technical Skills	Proficient in Groovy scripting and deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) configurations.
Domain Knowledge	Strong understanding of Finance, HR, and Payroll business cycles and their technical dependencies.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

EPM Specialist: Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion EPM architecture, including Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Close.
Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues between payroll systems and the general ledger.
Communicator: Ability to translate "tech-speak" into actionable insights for executive stakeholders in Atlanta-based business units.
