They are seeking a IT Project Manager to lead and execute technology initiatives that support operations across multiple facility locations. In this role, you'll collaborate with leadership, end users, and IT teams to deliver solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and day to day performance on the shop floor and in office environments.

What You'll Do
- Own technical projects from planning through launch, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions that keep initiatives on track.
- Coordinate cross functional resources and streamline workflows across distributed teams.
- Guide project stakeholders, define goals, and maintain clear communication from start to finish.
- Build project schedules, track progress, and deliver concise status updates.
- Support vendor evaluations, contract discussions, and ongoing vendor relationships.
- Drive consistency in project methodology, documentation, and team practices.
- Oversee daily technical operations and help clarify team roles using frameworks like RACI and WBS.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of IT project management experience managing infrastructure and software initiatives.
- PMP is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both internal and external resources involved in the projects.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and facilitation abilities.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, multi site environments with competing priorities.
- Detail oriented, organized, and skilled at building alignment across teams.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment/projects
