OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled
Information Security Analyst to join our team and support ongoing security risk assessments, vendor reviews, business enablement, and the development of secure processes across the organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure that security is embedded in all key initiatives while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Top Must-Haves- 8+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity Risk, or related fields
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry standards including HIPAA, PCI, etc.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong understanding of network/security fundamentals, protocols, and core security technologies
- Deep knowledge of key security controls (AV, IDS/IPS, email filtering, web filtering, patching, etc.) within a defense-in-depth methodology
- Experience preparing and delivering professional presentations
- Solid understanding of security principles, threat models, and risk management
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, diverse, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Skills)- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, CISM, CCSP, Azure/AWS certifications, Cisco, OffSec, etc.
- Working knowledge of MITRE ATT\\&CK, CIS Controls, and OWASP
- Project management or vendor management experience
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) security standards, particularly ISA/IEC 62443
- Familiarity with AI governance and security controls, particularly Microsoft AI/AI Foundry, and securing AI environments to prevent data exfiltration
- Experience developing security standards, tooling requirements, and governance models for emerging technologies
Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Assessments & Compliance- Conduct formal information security risk assessments for business projects and technology initiatives
- Identify risks, evaluate potential impact, and drive remediation throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure IT solutions and business processes adhere to company policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
Security Partnership & Enablement- Serve as a trusted security advisor for business units and brand teams
- Embed security requirements into business initiatives through stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing security capabilities or build common solutions
Continuous Improvement & Professional Development- Expand assessment and consulting capabilities through training, mentorship, and daily interaction with stakeholders
- Stay current with evolving security trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
