Summary

Job Description :

Manage end-to-end delivery and support of pharmaceutical IT applications and business services.
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, MHRA, 21 CFR Part 11, DSCSA, EU FMD, and data integrity requirements.
Oversee production support, incident management, problem management, change management, and release management processes.
Lead service governance meetings with business stakeholders, quality teams, vendors, and managed service providers.
Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and operational metrics.
Coordinate application support activities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial functions.
Manage support for pharmaceutical systems including SAP, Serialization, MES, LIMS, QMS, and Track & Trace platforms.
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Ensure validation compliance and support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities.
Lead vendor management activities, including performance reviews, contract compliance, and service optimization.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and internal quality teams.
Develop operational procedures, governance frameworks, and service delivery standards.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure secure and reliable operations.
Manage business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and operational readiness activities.
