· Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification – Required

· Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification – Required

· Copado Certification – Required

· MuleSoft Developer Level I & II Certifications – Required

· Requirements analysis and business process design – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience in architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Admin, and advanced architecture patterns – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience in unit testing and best testing practices – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience with Salesforce configuration and development – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience guiding development teams on platform technology usage – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience with object-oriented programming (Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby) – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience in data migration strategies and ETL tools – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience in mobile solutions and Salesforce mobile architecture – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning – Required – 7+ Years

· Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines – Required – 5+ Years

· Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) – Required – 5+ Years

· Experience with GitHub / Bitbucket – Required – 5+ Years
