Job Location: Durham, NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions aligned with organizational digital strategy.
Act as a technical leader bridging business needs with robust architecture while driving innovation and enterprise-level solution development.

Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy and execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Design and lead implementation of API-based integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems.
Ensure solutions meet data security, performance, and scalability standards.
Define backup and recovery strategies for system reliability.
Identify and mitigate technical risks across solution architecture.
Establish best practices for using standard Salesforce features versus custom development.
Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and data models.
Lead code reviews, design sessions, and release planning activities.
Participate in Agile processes including backlog refinement and user story definition.
Support environment setup and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

Skills:

Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design.
Experience with API integrations and system interoperability.
Knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and release management processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
