• Contract: W2 only, 2 month contract 
• Pay: $25/hr 

Overview

The development team is seeking an intern to support the design, development, and automation of IT Production tools. This role involves working on a variety of applications, supporting existing systems, and proposing technical solutions for new initiatives. Candidates will contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and automation of ITP tools (full development lifecycle)
• Support and improvements of existing applications
• Propose technical solutions to new initiatives and problems
• Documentation of systems and processes
• Management of the progress and delivery of tasks and projects
• Software development in a variety of languages and technologies

Required Skills

• Any experience in application development
• Knowledge of one or more development languages
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of design patterns and application architecture
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently when the situation dictates
• Must be autonomous, organized, self-motivated and responsible individual
• Ability to interface with users at all levels of the organization
• Must be fluent in English, conversational and technical

Preferred Skills

• Development skills in Java or C# is a plus
• SQL skills in a major RDBMS
• Experience in modern web development, ideally Angular
• Knowledge of scripting languages
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
