| 1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for visualization experiences, including AR/VR, room planners, product customization, and other immersive experiences across both eCommerce and native mobile applications. Collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders to set the long-term vision and strategy for how visualization features can drive user engagement and business KPIs. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in eCommerce, augmented reality (AR), and mobile app technologies to continuously innovate and evolve the product experience. 2. Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, tpm) to deliver features on time and within scope. Serve as the primary product expert, helping to guide the team in decision-making, user experience improvements, and problem-solving. Coordinate and communicate with engineering and design teams to ensure the technical and design specifications are aligned with the overall product vision. Collaborate with the data and analytics teams to track performance, gather insights, and iterate on features based on user behavior and feedback. 3. User Experience & Design Excellence: Lead user research efforts to understand customer needs and pain points related to product visualization, working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences. Translate user insights into clear product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams. Ensure seamless integration of visualization features with the overall eCommerce user journey, from discovery to purchase, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. 4. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with business goals and customer needs. Effectively communicate product updates, vision, and strategy to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals. Collect and synthesize feedback from internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure continuous improvement of the product experience. 5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of visualization features, including user engagement, conversion rates, and overall product performance. Use data to drive product decisions and prioritize feature development based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Conduct A/B tests and user studies to validate assumptions and inform product direction. 6. Project Management & Execution: Own the product development lifecycle for visualization experiences, from ideation and scoping to release and iteration. Manage timelines, resources, and project dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of product features. Be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, removing blockers, and solving problems as they arise during product development. |
