Role: Senior SAP EAM Consultant (SSAM / FSM / APM)
Location: North Dakota (Remote with travel when required)
Duration: 12 months contract

Job description:
We are seeking a Senior SAP EAM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), SAP Field Service Management (FSM), and Asset Performance Management (APM). The consultant will lead implementation and optimization initiatives focused on mobile workforce enablement, field service execution, and predictive asset maintenance within a utility environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SSAM and SAP FSM solutions.
Configure mobile maintenance workflows, offline/online synchronization, smart forms, scheduling, dispatching, and routing capabilities.
Support SAP APM initiatives for asset health monitoring, predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement.
Integrate SSAM/FSM/APM solutions with SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM and external platforms such as GIS/ESRI.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions for utility asset operations.
Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
Provide functional guidance and best practices for enterprise asset management and field operations.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in SAP EAM/SAP PM implementations and support.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM)
- SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
- SAP S/4HANA EAM / PM
Experience with mobile workforce management, field execution, scheduling, and dispatching.
Strong understanding of utility industry asset management processes (Electric, Gas, Water, or Energy).
Experience integrating SAP mobile/service solutions using SAP CPI or standard SAP integration frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
Exposure to GIS/ESRI integrations or SAP GEF.
SAP certifications in EAM, FSM, or S/4HANA Asset Management preferred.
