Workforce Software Consultant

About Role :
We are looking for a Senior WorkForce Software Consultant (WFS) to join our team and participate in projects of implementation, configuration, support and evolution of WFS solutions for clients in Latin America and North America.

Requirements
    •    Minimum 5 years of professional experience with WorkForce Software (WFS).
    •    Strong experience in configuring, supporting, and resolving incidents in WFS.
    •    Knowledge of WFS modules and functionalities, especially Time & Attendance (T&A), Workforce Scheduling, interfaces and reports.
    •    Experience working with international clients and teams.
    •    Advanced/fluent Spanish and English, both oral and written.
    •    Ability to work autonomously and communicate directly with clients.
    •    Experience in requirements analysis, troubleshooting and functional/technical troubleshooting.
    •    Previous experience in AMS (Application Management Services) is desirable, productive support and incident response.
    •    Experience with WFS related integrations, interfaces, APIs and/or systems desirable.


Preferred geographic profile
For this position, we are preferably looking for professionals located in Argentina, Peru or Chile. (internal information)
As a second option, we may consider professionals located in Mexico, depending on the experience and suitability of the profile. (internal information)
Priority will be given to candidates who can work effectively in an international environment and who have experience serving clients from different countries in Latin America and/or the United States.
